I moved to Canada from the states last year. Shortly before, there was a health scare that sent me to the emergency room of the worn-down hospital of my tiny Tennessean town. The visit was no longer than a few hours.

The grant funding cuts to St.Albert Senior's Centre of $11,000.00, is reported to result in cuts to "Meals on Wheels" program.

I do not envy the budget process council has just completed.

Premier Danielle Smith issued a press release “Alberta takes back constitutional jurisdiction” concerning the new firearms act. Alberta has no jurisdiction to take back.

What the RCMP did to a 16 year old St. Albert boy suffering from autism was awful. The “Karen” who called police, the RCMP, and entire system thought they were only dealing with a drug addict. Somehow that makes mistreatment OK.
