St. Albert has two aquatic facilities for year round use. One is primarily used as a play facility with two waterslides, a lazy river, and two small children's playareas, complete with water toys. As a grandparent, I think this is just perfect for children.
On the other hand as a lane swimmer it is not my first choice. When Fountain Park Pool is open it is where the swimmers go. We share that facility with numerous swim clubs, as well as children's lessons.
My feeling is that if people want water play they are best served at Servus. Let Fountain Park be a haven for swimmers, St. Albert
