Every story has two sides
I have read the many letters about the RCMP vs. Cooper debate inside last week’s paper. It would be nice if the citizens, who are so quick to take a side in this debate, would take a moment to allow the judicial process to work.

Coopers deserve service medals
From Yuma, Arizona, I've seen with interest the story about Dr. Jon Cooper and his son Dan who used an ATV to clear snow from their neighbours' sidewalks.

Doctor deserves a happy retirement
Dr. Neil Gray was one of those doctors that genuinely loved his job and genuinely cared about each patient in his care. When we moved here from Ontario in 1973, Dr. Gray became our family doctor. He has tended to our family for two generations.

Playing the name game
“It is ethical oil. It is regulated oil. And it's secure oil in a world where many of the free world's oil sources are somewhat less secure.

Only a few people know what really happened
I have been reading all the accusations condemning the RCMP officer regarding his handling of the Coopers while they (having good intentions) broke the law. Nothing in any of the stories I could find mentioned anything about crowd control.
