To St.Albert Fire Services, St. Albert RCMP members and the EMS attendants who attended a fire at my residence on March 7 at 1 p.m. I want to say, “thank you for doing what you do!” I was working on a Tidy Tank in the back of my pickup.

The utility bill with the Supplemental Capital Contribution Tax – oops, highway robbery, oops, fee added to it – is an additional $47.62 on my bill. Flat rate charges $84.88. Actual usage cost on bill $91.24. The storm flat rate is $31.
