Remove the barriers
Further to Lois Markell's letter "We are not disabled" (Gazette, Oct. 22), let's start calling "handicapped parking" spots "accessible parking" spots.

Impartial investigation needed
I am writing in response to Ms. G. Barrington-Moss’ impassioned plea in her letter to the editor (Gazette, Oct. 15) to stop discussing and/or investigating Mayor Crouse’s travel expense discrepancies.

Careful where you pick
Collecting within a provincial park is illegal unless under special permit. Thus, I read with interest your story on St. Albert’s Horticulinary Festival (Dig In Festival), specifically the “Find Your Food!” article (Gazette, Oct.

Ray Gibbon Drive is a mess
I would like to know who designed and approved Ray Gibbon Drive with curbs on both sides of the road and no shoulder. You can't change a flat tire for running the risk of being killed. If there is a fender bender you’re an hour getting into St.

Mayor should know better
I have read with interest the information and debate about the latest activity of our mayor, Nolan Crouse. It reveals to me how soon we forget how our local councillors evolve. Nolan Crouse has been with us for a long time.

Problems with school sites
Re: Did St. Albert learn from the past? Thank you for shining a light on the school site issue. But as a resident of Erin Ridge I have to disagree with your statement that we (as residents) were not aware that the Eldorado site was a school site.

Time for mayor to step down
I read with interest the article on Mayor Crouse’s expense reports. Mayor Crouse has doubled up on expense claims, apparently on quite a number of occasions. He stated that this was a result of “sloppy” recordkeeping.
