I would like to know who designed and approved Ray Gibbon Drive with curbs on both sides of the road and no shoulder.
You can't change a flat tire for running the risk of being killed. If there is a fender bender you’re an hour getting into St. Albert. The roller coaster ride you get at the C.N. rail tracks, then to see a cop pulling over a speeder, dropping Ray Gibbons Drive to one lane.
The result is you’re an hour late for work and this is all in good weather. Wait until the leaves start blowing across the Gibbons. Higher taxes will fix the problems, it always does.
