This week I enjoyed the best meal I have ever eaten in St. Albert and I thought it was worth mentioning. It was not at one of the fine restaurants in St.

Hello Dog Lovers. I have nothing against you or your dog. As a dog owner, please take full responsibility for your dog. I live in a cul-de-sac in Oakmont. I see many dog owners walking their dogs on our crescent. Some dogs just run around on their own. Why not walk your dog on your own crescent? Why am I saying this? Because these dogs come and relieve themselves and you watch and then you walk away!

I never thought Mark Messier was much of a role model. Yet we have named a street after him. Constable David Wynn deserves such an honour more than Messier. Take his name down and replace it with a real role model … a real Hero.

The tax increase in the latest budget seems to be raises and pensions induced. The city has hired a provincial government liaison at $100,000 a year on top of the increase in salaries.

I wanted to thank the Gazette editorial board for voting to bring in a progressive tax to Alberta.

As a former resident of St. Albert for more than 20 years, I was deeply affected by the shooting incident of last weekend and the cowardly shooting of the two RCMP officers.

After reading all the articles on the Youth Strategic Plan for 2015, I believe it is time for another perspective. I am a youth of St. Albert and have been one for the 18 years of my life.

It is with great chagrin I read the letter article by Ms. Prithipaul and it is evident that her lofty perch in the world of academia has not allowed her feet to touch the grounds of reality.

With reference to the letter written by Mr. Wright, it appears he wants residents “to get over it” and move on because he supports the “gang of four” that consistently out vote the more conservative members of council.
