Drunken sailor syndrome

The tax increase in the latest budget seems to be raises and pensions induced. The city has hired a provincial government liaison at $100,000 a year on top of the increase in salaries.

The tax increase in the latest budget seems to be raises and pensions induced. The city has hired a provincial government liaison at $100,000 a year on top of the increase in salaries. It was not too long ago the mayor wanted to spend $100 million on a new municipal building. Trees were planted all over St. Albert at a cost of, "I would like to know." The signs must have cost money too. I don't think they were free. We must have money to burn (tax money).

As a citizen of St Albert, I want a forensic audit on the salaries, expenditures, the agricultural budget – planting trees and pot plants everywhere! Show the people of St. Albert that their money is well spent. What are you afraid of? Email city council to do the right thing and clear the air, which is St. Albert drunken sailor syndrome.
