According to recently published articles in the Gazette, considerable thought and expense by the bureaucrats at St. Albert's transportation department has been devoted to the question of angle parking versus parallel parking on downtown streets.

Driving on St. Anne Street to St. Albert Trail I noticed the gaudy street/sidewalk painting that was done just recently.

Please will someone turn the lights back on in St Albert? Then perhaps we can see where we really are and what we are really doing? Why do we believe we are the centre of the universe – that the world will be beating a path to our door.
