Road race The Landrex St. Albert Road Race is good to go Sunday with more than 250 projected runners pounding the pavement. Race times are 9 a.m. for the 33 rd annual 10-miler, 9:05 a.m. for the fourth annual 10-kilometre race, 9:10 a.m.

Spring Flip The St. Albert Gymnastics Club hosts its annual Spring Flip this weekend at the Riel Drive facility. The Junior Olympic 1 to 8 level meet features 214 gymnasts from 14 clubs. Saturday’s sessions are 8:45 a.m. for JO level 2, 11 a.m.

U19AA nationals The St. Albert Mission closed out the round robin portion of the U19AA Canadian Ringette Championship in Winnipeg with one win in eight games.

Midget AA final The second crack at capturing the playoff championship for the St. Albert Source for Sports Crusaders was Friday in the Northern Alberta Midget AA Hockey League final.
