Now that we're into another federal election campaign, I'd like to suggest people in St. Albert try something different this time. Rather than voting Conservative again, vote for the Green Party.

I am a mother of two small children under the age of five. My girls are experiencing the largest growth of information they will ever achieve in life, learning from examples set by everyone they see.

The 2nd St. Albert Scouts recently hosted a celebration of their 50th year in St. Albert. The Kinsmen Club of St. Albert graciously donated the use of the Kinsmen Banquet Centre for this event.

I wanted to share with you the most amazing revelation. My wife, a nurse at the Youville for 25 years, is dying from cancer. It has been a 6.5-year trip and the end is very close. First let me say that Carol is a nurse's nurse.

The article ‘City comes up short on fine revenue,’ March 19 Gazette made me laugh. Fine revenues should not be part of the policing (or bylaw) budgets.

Drivers who journey down Boudreau Road are well aware of the beautiful canopy of trees that welcome us to that part of the city. I always look forward to watching those huge trees change with the seasons, and autumn is a particularly beautiful time.
