Council and mayor, get a grip, please. Its long past time to stop trying to surround city hall with artsy/special stuff. You increase property taxes yearly without any thought of the hardships you put on the taxpayers. A lot of your spending is frivolous and not needed, but you don't get that. The cost of this project is way too much and you also want to borrow the money to do it (as usual).
Leave the trees alone. We don't need a pavilion; we need a responsible council that actually listens to the citizens and works for us.
An election needs to happen.
