Christmas angel
On Nov. 27th while entering The Bay in St. Albert I slipped. I wish to thank a lady who quickly came to assist me by calmly talking to me while she contacted the ambulance and my employer. I did not get her name. Thanks for being my Christmas angel.

Fix bus system before thinking about LRT
I for one agree with Gord Hennigar. St. Albert is a great place to live and raise a family. And he is right that spending $1 billion on an LRT is a bit outrageous. I don’t have a problem with high rise buildings though.

While taking my four-year-old grandson home from pre-school on Dec. 11, I became hopelessly stuck in terrible road conditions on Lombard Crescent. To my absolutely good fortune, an RCMP vehicle appeared around the corner.

Tighten your spending belts, council
Kudos to Coun. Sheena Hughes for wanting to re-open the increase to the yearly utility bills. People are upset and a $24 a month increase is not acceptable and neither is $14 a month. Out tax increase is not 3.
