This is a note of thanks. My husband, son, and I were dining at Delux Burger Bar Saturday night. At the end of our meal, instead of our bill, our server delivered the news that someone had picked up our tab.

On behalf of myself and the lady who treated me to the evening meal at Montana Cookhouse Saloon on April 30, 2016, the occasion of my 90th birthday, we would like to thank very much, the anonymous person or persons who paid for our meal.

This is a note of thanks. On Friday, April 22 I was standing in line at Walmart, when a young lady gave me a bouquet of purple tulips. I was so surprised! I’m not sure if I thanked her.

Re: Council OKs Grandin towers – St. Albert Gazette, April 6, 2016. I must say it’s very surprising I have not seen one article in the Gazette in response to the article published on April 6.

As a taxpayer I want to compliment the St. Albert Francophone School Board for saving the government a pile of money by using scraps of leftover building materials to build its new high school in Erin Ridge.
