Mr. John Hammond (July 16 Gazette) may be late to the climate change debate. Even though I am not a climate scientist either, I do have about 20 or so books on the subject and have been following the debate since about November 2008.

I don't know who is responsible for the miscalculation of the costs associated with the Healing Garden but I can tell you as a St Albert resident I am disappointed in city council’s decision not to make good on such an important project.
