REINHOLT, Myrtle (Myrt)

Reinholt, Myrtle

1937 –2020

Myrt’s family is saddened to announce her passing on December 30, 2020 at the age of 83. Living with Dementia the past 4 years has been challenging for Myrt, and sadly, she recently became ill with COVID-19, an illness she was too tired to fight. It was time for her to rest.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a livestreamed Celebration of Myrt’s life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 9, 2021, with interment to follow at Meanook Cemetery. A larger social gathering will occur when we are permitted to do so.  It would be important to Myrt to have her friends and family gather and socialize. We all know she loved a great conversation and an occasion where she could visit and catch up with others!

Myrt is survived by her brother, Fredrick (Maxine); her sisters, Madelene, Jean (Carl) and Pearl; nephews, Ted (Yette), Todd, and Tim (Shelly); numerous great nephews and nieces and extended family.

Donations are gratefully accepted in memory of Myrt, for the exceptional, loving care she
received while living at Youville Home, St. Albert - to Covenant Foundation (Youville Home), Room 3C60, 11111 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5K 0L4 or The Salvation Army, 165 Liberton Dr., St. Albert, AB T8N 6A7.
