Neil Spencer Burke Lonsbury, 83, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 22, 2025, in St. Albert, Alberta.
Neil was born in Crowsnest Pass on December 23rd, 1941.
He was predeceased by his brother Jerry and sister Maureen- we know they are all together again in heaven.
Neil is survived by his wife of 35 years, Myra, his brother Glenn, his six kids (Kiwi-Jo, Vicki, Craig, Stephen, Leighton, and Andrea) as well as 10 grandchildren (Derek, Carmen, Dana, Brock, Wyatt, Salix, Elias, Brandon, Xavier, Trinity) and one great grandchild (Oliver).
Neil was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. We ask that you remember him for the way his full life was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
