With heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Sheila Whitaker on Monday, April 7, 2025 at the age of 96 years.
She is survived by her loving sons: Raymond and David (Linda); grandchildren: Andrew (Tarrah), Colin (Kelly), Kara and Jenna; grandniece, Rachel and extended family member Jana. Sheila is reunited with her beloved husband, Colin of 59 years who predeceased her in 2013; her sister, Alice and her niece: Linda from the UK.
Our family wishes to thank the staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital Stroke Unit for their compassionate care.
A Celebration of Sheila’s life will take place on April 26, 2025 at 10:00a.m. at Connelly-McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert, AB.
