A brush fire near Anthony Henday Drive has once again closed the major roadway in Edmonton.
On Thursday a brush fire broke out in the west end of the city, which has closed the on-ramp onto 111 Avenue from Anthony Henday Drive.
Traffic on Anthony Henday is currently slow moving due to the emergency vehicles present. 111 Avenue is closed between 190 Street and the Anthony Henday, so there is no access to the Anthony Henday from 111 Avenue.
It is anticipated that EFRS will be on scene for a number of hours.
