It's not quite summer, but when the temperature trends even slightly upward at this time of year, let’s talk about it.
Environment Canada foresees temperatures for today, Sunday, and into the workweek that appear to be trending in what some may describe as the “right” direction. Saturday’s decidedly parliamentary overnight low of -5 C is expected to flower into a lovely high of 6 C Sunday, with sunny conditions expected.
A clear night with an overnight low of – 3 C will give way to a sunny Monday with an expected high of 7 C and above seasonal temperatures throughout the week and even – maybe, possibly, entirely on the outside of what we regard as chance, cause and effect – a double-digit high at the end of next week.
