I recently needed EMS services at my home. It was not a trauma situation, but a family member was immobilized by severe pain, unable to get to our vehicle and needed to be taken to emergency.
Not only did the team arrive within three to four minutes of my call, but they were highly competent, professional, and courteous. They resolved the pain and transport issues flawlessly.
