During this winter Telus and Ledcor introduced us to the new ultra-modern technology.
In doing so they dug holes, drilled holes, and lifted my sod. Any holes were filled with road crush.
I am an 80-year-old pensioner left with sod removal, compacting soil, and road crush removal.
I spoke to the Ledcor technical services superintendent on the job in the area who asked me to give him a couple of days to visit the residence. After four weeks of waiting, along with sending an email and leaving a phone message, I received absolutely no response.
If this is an example of the new Telus modern service, I would have absolutely no interest.
I have will have to repair the damage myself.
