Pardon me if this sounds silly, but has anybody seen any RCMP officers lately?
I travel down Boudreau Road to St. Albert Trail every morning on my way to work in Edmonton and I am one of those that other drivers yell at because I do the speed limit. But guess what? I am one of the few who do.
Boudreau Road has become a speedway for some people. Without a word of a lie, I have been doing 60 km/h and had cars go by me that I am sure are doing 100 km/h or more, yet there have been no speed traps or RCMP anywhere.
What gives? Is the speed now whatever drivers want? Or do we still have laws out there?
