July 22, 1933 - July 21, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth (Betty) Willems on July 21, 2024 aged 90 years. Betty is predeceased by her loving son Mark. Betty is survived and lovingly remembered by her nieces Bonnie (Jim); Janie; Marcia (Tony). Betty was an amazing wife, mom, sister, aunt and friend to so many. We would also like to express our sincere thank you to Betty’s dear friend Shannon.
Betty was known for her kind heart, wonderful sense of humour, a true and loyal friend, love of hockey and was a joy to everyone who knew her. She will be dearly missed.
Cremation – Burial in the family plot at Mountain View Cemetery in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Betty loved her dogs, so In lieu of flowers a donation to the SPCA would be appreciated.
