1938 - 2023
William “Bill” Tomkins passed away on October 12, 2023 at his home in St. Albert at the age of 85.
Bill is survived by his beloved significant other and best friend Sherry White; his son, Mike Tomkins; grandchildren: Matthew, Mitchell and Sarah; and Maureen Tomkins, mother of his children. Bill’s extended family: Rob Sharp (Nicole), Tyler Hill; grandchildren: Quinton and Deklin Sharp; niece Cari Raabis (Wes) and their children Bailey, Noah and Finley; and sister-in-law Gloria Tomkin.
Bill was predeceased by his sons Darron and Sterling; his brother Gary, and his sister Margaret.
Bill was very respected in the telecommunication industry and will be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 28th, at 1:30 P.M. at St. Albert Seniors Association, 7 Tach Street, St. Albert.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
