It is with deep sorrow and great love that we mourn the passing of Andrew (Graeme) Smith due to complications with Parkinsons disease. Graeme will be greatly missed and is survived by his wife, Marguerita (Rita) Smith, married 51 years, Margueritas sisters: Wendy Stock (Doug), Cara Miller (Zielinski), Kelly Miller (Kevin), her brother David Miller (Elaine) and numerous nieces and nephews, along with their children.
Thank you to Dr. S. Rajoo and team, the Hospitals/Health Community including the Palliative Care Nurses, all caregivers, especially Crystal W. who cared for Graeme until his passing.
You will be dearly missed by everyone.
