May 6, 1943 – May 29, 2025
The family of James Garrett Phillips of St. Albert is very saddened to announce his passing on May 25th, 2025, at the age of 82 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Judy; children, Kim and Kent; grandchildren, Jack, Jamie, Cyan and Kaia; brother, Doug (Shirley); as well as many beloved relatives and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his father, Elroy; mother, Veda; brothers, Bob, George, Bill; and sister, June.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Garry’s name to the St. Albert Botanic Park.
The family wishes to send a sincere thank you to the staff at the Sturgeon Community Hospital and the St. Albert Paramedic staff. Thank you as well to the many friends and family who have also been so kind, caring and compassionate during this time.
