It is with profound sadness that the family of Ruby Olson announce her passing on July 25 at the age of 70 years. Words cannot express our tremendous loss. Ruby was a vibrant soul who touched so many lives. Ruby was always known for her beautiful smile, hearty laugh, and her kind heart. She was a champion curler, a highly skilled seamstress, and an avid quilter. Our mom, grandmother, wife, sister, auntie, and friend will be forever in our hearts.
She will be forever lovingly remembered by her husband of 52 years, Randy, children, Lana (Paul) Moller and Lori Olson, grandchildren, Jackson Moller, Finn Moller, Lexi Johns, Ava Johns; sister, Norma (Pete) Belton, as well as extended family. She was predeceased by her parents, Cora Eleanor Willerton and Norman Willerton, brothers, Bruce Willerton and John Charles Willerton.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 at the St. Albert Curling Club reception and refreshments to follow.
