With heavy hearts the family of Mrs. Carol Morison announce her passing after a very long struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Carol is survived by her husband of 52 years Brian, her sons Jeffery (Meraiah), Spencer (Maureen) and Bryce, her grandchildren Kelsey (Canaan), Drew, Kaden and Maya, her great-grandchildren Elowyn and Eiriann. Carol is also survived by many cousins including Brenda Davidson and June Quennelle whom she loved dearly and like sisters and some very good friends including her closest friend Laura L’Heureux.
Carol was born in Winnipeg to Roland and Ella McMillan and was an only child. Carol met the love of her life Brian in high school and started dating a few years later in December of 1967 and married in 1970.
Carol’s smile, love of her dogs and wicked sense of humor will be forever remembered and terribly missed.
Carol’s family would like to thank the staff of Aspen House in Morinville, Alberta for the many years of compassionate care and the staff at the Sturgeon Hospital for being amazing at their jobs. Thank you Dr. Hitchen.
A Celebration of Carol’s life and her interment will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home & Cemetery at a later date.
