Rosey (Rose) Mohammed, 84, of St. Alberta, AB, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025 at the Citadel Care Centre. She was born on October 23, 1940, in Trinidad and Tobago.
Rosey was a devoted mother to Jennifer Mohammed, Hannifer Dick, Derek Mohammed, Fareeda Mohammed; and her husband, Ron Malo, she was also a proud grandmother to Candace Ramcharan and her husband Jérôme Roberts, Ryan Dick and his wife Mikaela and Marisa Dick as well as a great grandmother to Josiah and Elias.
After moving to Canada in 1969, Rosey attained her high school diploma, and her certificate of cosmetology and became a self-employed hairdresser.
Rosey was an avid gardener spending time tending to her beautiful flowers and vegetable gardens. She also enjoyed baking and spending time with her birds, especially her parrots whom were all named Chico.
She will be missed greatly by family and friends.
We will always cherish the memories we have of Rosey, and her spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
