October 31st 1949 – July 26th, 2024
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lois Ann Mills (nee Benoit) on July 26th, 2024 in Edmonton, AB, at the age of 74.
Lois left behind a legacy of love and will be missed deeply by her three children Tanis Jacob, Meyer Mills and Marcy (Roger) Brown; her seven grandchildren Kayla (Tyler), Krystin (Jamie), Jordan, Morgan, Haley, Cheyenne and Keely; and her two great-grandchildren Kaedyn and Samuel.
Lois was predeceased by her parents Robert Lawrence and Genevieve Benoit; as well as her siblings Joan, Leo, Jimmie and Laura.
Lois will be remembered for her immense love for her family and friends. She enjoyed showing her affection for loved ones by baking and cooking, along with sharing a laugh with her cheeky grandkids. She showed us how it felt to be unconditionally loved.

A private interment will be held with immediate family where she will be laid to rest with her mother and father in St. Albert Roman Catholic Cemetery. A memorial will be held at a later date with information to follow.
Memorial donations in Lois’ name may be made to Diabetes Canada or Stollery Children’s Hospital.
