Feb. 25, 1942 - May 23, 2024
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Diane Agnes Mertz (Josey), of St. Albert on May 23, 2024 at the age of 82 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 54 years, David; children: Lori (Jay), Sheri (Trent), Michael (Jo) and Colleen; grandchildren: Megan, Brooke, Jordyn, Logan, Jonathan and Blake. She was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Eileen Josey; her brother Frank and her sister Joanne.
A funeral will be held at 1:00 PM on June 1, 2024 at St. Albert Parish Catholic Church (7 Vital Ave., St. Albert). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Foyer Lacombe Covenant Care Home. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at Foyer Lacombe for their care and compassion over these last several months.
