1949 – 2023

Clement slipped quietly from this life on July 26, 2023. A proud Irishman, Clement was born in Dundalk, Co Louth to Joseph and Susan McEvoy. Brother to James, Michael, Patricia and Gerry; husband to Rosaleen; father to Niall and Anne (Tyler), and grandfather to Kian, Soren, Lyndon and Darby.

He was predeceased by the love of his life and wife of 45 years, Rosaleen. He was also

predeceased by his parents Joseph and Susan; brother, James, and sister Patricia.

Clement will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews and many friends and relatives in Ireland and Canada.

Clement emigrated to Canada with his wife Rosaleen in 1974, and began a great adventure together. They settled in St. Albert where they built a home and raised their kids. They loved to explore Canada, especially camping in the Rocky Mountains.

Clement maintained a lifelong love of poetry and music. Especially anything from the American Songbook and especially if it was sung by his favorite singer, Tony Bennett. It didn’t take much to convince Clement to get in front of the microphone for a rendition of “Fly me to the Moon”. Here’s hoping he is dancing amongst the stars with Rosaleen now.

A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 12:00 p.m, on August 9, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 75 Poirier Avenue, St. Albert.

Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools
