It is with great sadness that the family of Marilynn Maxine MacEachran announces her passing, on March 24, 2024, at the age of 89 years. Mom enjoyed a 60 year marriage to her late beloved husband Robert who was predeceased in 2016.
Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children, David (Kim), Scott (Bern), Cameron and Heather (Morten) and by her sister Karen (Jock). She will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Connor (Nicole), Erica (Mike) and by her great grandchildren, Charlie, Dalton and Boston.
Mom enjoyed life to the fullest and loved to travel. One of her favourite destinations was to Vancouver Island. Mom also had a strong sense of family and loved times when all would gather. In addition, she was an avid crafter and in her earlier years could be found working on craft projects at her sewing machine. Mom was also an animal lover and had a special place in her heart and lap for “her granddogs”.
As it was her wish, there will be no funeral service.
As a family we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the medical staff at the Misericordia Hospital and most recently to Foyer Lacombe for the gentle care provided.
Friends who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of mom to the charity of your choice.
