It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kendell on March 28, 2023 at the age of 61.
Kendell will be remembered by her loving husband of 40 years Ian; sons Kyle, and Kris (Hana Laura); daughter Karly (Chad) Rechlo; father Mark Wilson; sister Shannon (John) Hense. She will also be missed by her extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Carole Wilson.
Kendell was born in Lethbridge, and grew up in and around St. Albert. She was a proud graduate of Paul Kane High School class of ‘79. She spent much of her career working as an early childhood worker, and enjoyed spending time with her family and the many animals in her life: Buddy, Lexi, Yeti, Odin and Vita. She will always be remembered fondly for her kind heart and positive energy.
Cremation has taken place, and a private family interment will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kendell’s name may be made to the Edmonton Humane Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
