It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Heinz Kinzel on November 12, 2023. He was surrounded by his loving wife and family members.
Heinz was a loving and devoted husband of 61 years to his adoring wife Oksana. He will be missed by many family members including his god-daughter Lisa.
He was pre-deceased by his mother and stepfather.
Heinz was born in Germany and immigrated to Canada as a child with his parents. Initially settling in Saskatchewan, he moved to Edmonton at the age of 17 where he lived for many years before moving to St. Albert, all while working at various jobs.
Many thanks to the staff of Foyer Lacombe (St. Albert) for the care and kindness to Heinz during his stay. Heinz will be dearly missed by all.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Foyer Lacombe, 1 St Vital Ave, St. Albert, or to a charity of one’s choice.
