It is with great sadness that the family of David Gordon Iseke announce his peaceful passing on September 2, 2023 at Shepherd’s Care Kensington, Edmonton.

David is survived by his loving wife Kay Hendriks-Iseke of 33 years, step-children; Gregory Doll (Sandra), Garret Doll (Lisa), Stacey Doll (Susan), Nicole Manson (Tim).

Grandchildren; Birkley Doll (Allen), Tanner Doll (Elyse), Jenna Doll (Josh), Keira Doll (Ben), Makayla Doll (Geoff), Keegan Doll, Austin Doll, Jaydan Manson, Chloe Manson and Logan Langley. Great grandchildren Karter, Aria, Ava and Zoe. Sisters, Marina Van Imschoot, Linda Van Imschoot (Andy), Sister-in-law Carol Iseke, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

David was predeceased by his parents Herman and Lillian Iseke, brothers Firman and Bernard Iseke, sister Doreen Pawlyna and daughter Lauranne Iseke.

Dave always worked in sales, selling farm equipment until his retirement. He loved interacting and sharing stories with the farmers and visiting Tim Hortons to meet with his friends for coffee and chat.

Dave’s sense of humour and storytelling will be greatly missed. He loved his grandchildren so much. He would spend hours teaching them about the mechanics of things, building birdhouses, sharing stories, field trip adventures and always going to watch their dance and sports events. He loved the family and neighbourhood dogs and always had a bag of treats for them.

In keeping with Dave’s wishes there will be no service.
