It’s with great sadness that the family of Ans Haarman - affectionately known as Ansie - passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. She passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by loving family and friends.
Ans is survived by her husband, Tony; children, Tom (Jenni) and Gerald (Nicole); grandchildren, Andrew and Cameron; and her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews in the Netherlands. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed. The family would like to thank all those who supported Ans with their love and prayers as she battled her illness.
A Celebration of Life will take place on April 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Connelly-McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Ave, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
Cremation will take place at a later date.
