It is with much heart felt love and grief that we announce the passing of Brenda Lynn Granoski-Karampelas. After a few years of struggling with dementia and after much prayer at her bed side, Brenda passed on to our Lord on December 4, 2024, being surrounded by her sons in her final moments at the age of 62.

Born on Christmas Eve, 1961 in St. Boniface, MB, Brenda was a beacon of love and warmth throughout her life.

Those who knew her will fondly remember her for her love of baking, her flowers and gardening, and her endless enjoyment for reading a good book. But above all, it was the time spent with her three sons and grandchildren that brought her the most joy. Her love for her family was the cornerstone of her purpose. Her guidance and affection will be deeply missed by everyone.

Brenda is survived by her three devoted sons and five siblings, all of whom she loved dearly. Her spirit, defined by her loving, kind, and generous nature, will continue to live on through them. Brenda was a mother of unwavering love and selfless generosity, leaving an indelible remembrance on the hearts of those she touched.

All who had the privilege of knowing Brenda and her sons, are invited to attend a Funeral Liturgy at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 13th, 2024 at St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert.

The Karampelas family has asked that any financial donations ought to be made to St. Herman of Alaska Orthodox Church or to a local charitable organization of personal choice.

May her memory be eternal.
