It is with deep sadness that the family of Eleanor Esslinger announces her passing on Monday, April 29, 2019 at the age of 85 years.
She will be missed by Fred, her loving spouse of 62 years; by her children: Diane, Louise (Larry), Lawrence, Paul (Noriyo), and Frank; by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; by her brother Leonard and sister-in-law Beatrice as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Eleanor is predeceased by her parents, her brother Martin, and sister-in-law Marion.
A Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Connelly-McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert, Alberta.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m., Monday, May 6, 2019 St. Albert Catholic Parish, 7 St. Vital Avenue, St. Albert, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Eleanor’s name to the Marian Centre – Madonna House, 10528 98 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5H 2N4.
