It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Tillie Williams, who left us peacefully at the age of 97 surrounded by her loving family.
Mom is survived & lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Patti/Trish (Randy) & Leslie (Tim); grandchildren: Danielle (Scott), Jennifer (Curtis), Kylie (Josh), Mallory (Greg), Brad (Amanda), Tyler (McKenzie), Brielle (Mele), son-in-law Vic & his children, Derek (Tarra) & Elizabeth (Craig); her 11 great grandchildren, brother, George (Janice), & sister, Yolanda.
Mom was predeceased by her loving husband Wilson of 56 years, her eldest daughter, Lori (Vic) & sisters, Helen, Renee & her parents, Sophia & Rene.
Her gentle kindness touched everyone who knew her, & her wisdom guided us through life’s challenges. She will be remembered for her incredible strength, unwavering faith, warmth & grace. Her life was a beautiful reflection of God’s love, & she leaves behind a legacy of faith, compassion & service.
Some of her greatest joys came from time with family, cheering on her grandchildren in sporting events, time spent at their lake lot, & travels in their motorhome.
A special thank-you to staff at the Grey Nuns Community Hospital, who cared for Mom in such a compassionate and caring manner.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2025, with a reception. 75 Poirier Ave., St. Albert AB.
In Tillie’s memory, donations may be made to Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation.
