1922 – 2023
Violet Theresa Chevalier passed peacefully after a remarkable life, well lived at the age of 100 years and 8 months.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Xavier Chevalier; son Ernest Chevalier; grandson Marcel Belland; son-in-law Clayton Everitt; and numerous siblings.
Memories will be cherished by three daughters and one son; Pauline, Marion (Larry), Gerard (Catriona) of Edmonton, and Joan (Tim) of St. Albert; one brother, Alfred of Calgary, ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family extends many thanks to the staff of Shepherd’s Care Kensington, and Grey Nun’s Hospital Station 43, who cared for and respected Violet during her last years.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 AM, on August 23rd, at St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert, AB
Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14611 Mark Messier Trail.
