Winter's march has fallen back into step after an unseasonably warm start to the week.
Currently it's -11.8 C at Environment Canada's Villeneuve weather station. The wind chill with a breeze out of the east southeast is making it feel like -19.
That temperature is expected to rise to a high of -6 C, wind chill -8.
Ice pellets could begin falling with the snow by early afternoon and clear by dinner time. A risk of freezing rain later in the day will persist into the evening.
The temperature is expected to climb back to -1 C Thursday morning, with highs in the low pluses Friday and Saturday.
