A St. Albert cyclist suffered minor injuries after being hit by a truck early this morning, RCMP say.
“This morning at approximately 7:40 a.m., St. Albert RCMP responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a male on a bike who was hit by a truck on Boudreau Road and Akins Drive,” Cst. M.J. Burroughs said in email.
“The man suffered minor injuries and was not transported to hospital.”

Burroughs said as of Tuesday afternoon RCMP had no additional details to share about the incident, and she wasn't able to confirm whether or not Mounties will be investigating further.
