Adam Gaulin has been found.
The 12-year-old boy went missing after he left his Erin Ridge home on Tuesday evening. He was driving a non-motorized scooter and was on his way to visit a friend.
When he didn’t come home, his family reported him as missing. They also contacted his friends and, with the help of the police, searched different locations the boy liked to frequent.
He was found on Wednesday evening and is said to be safe and well. St. Albert RCMP thanks the public for its assistance.
A woman died after her car was struck by another vehicle in Sturgeon County on Wednesday morning.
Morinville RCMP said the woman was driving south near the intersection of Highway 28 and Highway 37 (near Namao) when a Jeep crossed the centreline and struck her SUV. The woman died at the scene.
The driver of the Jeep was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. There were no other occupants in either car.
Road and weather conditions were good at the time of the collision. RCMP has not released the identity of the woman and continues to investigate.
When Shane Michael Grant missed his curfew at his home in Prince George, RCMP issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for him.
The 39-year-old is considered violent and has an extensive criminal record in communities across western Canada, including Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Kamloops and Regina.
Grant is described as a Caucasian male, five-feet, 11-inches tall and weighing 194 pounds. He is bald and has blue eyes. He also has a memorial tattoo on his right forearm.
