My name is Rory and I’m a nine-week-old short-haired, male kitten. I have an orange tabby coat with a white chest and booties. I came into NASAP’s care with my brother Wesley from the pound. My lucky brother already has an adoption pending, but I’m still looking for a forever family. I love to play. I like pouncing on toys and generally having fun. I am an active and carefree boy. I like cat condos and scratching posts. I’m young and adaptable and I would fit into any family. If you are looking for a companion for your resident young and playful kitty, I am the boy for you. I have also been fostered with a friendly dog. Rory’s NASAP adoption fee includes his neuter (at six months, coupon provided), vaccinations, deworming, microchip and a post-adoption health check-up. Please inquire about adopting Rory.

My name is Ginger. This is a picture of me with my serious face on, peeking out from underneath the chair. I was having a rest in between playtimes. I am an Australian-shepherd mix puppy, about nine weeks old. I was left with my brothers and sisters in a bag by the side of the road. My siblings have found homes already and I am in a NASAP foster home waiting for my special people to come along. I am no trouble at all to have around. I get along with the cat and with the other dogs here. I love to play with my foster sister, a Boston terrier. I love it when visitors come to the house and I run up and say hello to everyone. I’m a social butterfly, that’s what my foster mom calls me. She thinks I’m pretty special — super smart is what she called me and very grown up for my age. Well I do try and do what is right and I do take note when I am corrected. Might as well learn the rules from the get go, that’s my view. Then everyone is happy with me. I sleep in a crate at night and don’t make a fuss. I would like a family that will love and include me in their daily lives, taking me for lots of walks and teaching me all the things I need to know in order to become a well-mannered, grown-up girl. If you would like to come meet me, please call NASAP on 780-922-0250 and ask about Ginger. Or you can go online and click on the adopt me link underneath my photo.
