Money troubles? Struggling with your weight? Marital discord? Tired of being bogged down by one thing or another?

Two local entrepreneurs and publishers say that they have the solution to help you overcome any and all of these problems. Joyce Schafers and Dana da Ponte want you to sit down for a free chat as part of furthering their research to prove if it is valid and can produce successful results across a broad range of people.

They have developed the Adigi Approach, a kind of counselling session that their website describes as “a spiritual coaching process that dissolves your problems and the unpleasant emotions that surround them while revealing to you a fool-proof path to happiness.”

Adigi is an acronym that stands for All Day I Go Inside. This prompting to look into one’s self is the key to discovering the one predominant problem that each person faces in her or his own life. Schafers explains that many people overlook this introspection or don’t do it properly. She suggests that, with their guidance, you can learn more about what drives you in your life and how to be fulfilled. She says that she has personal experience to back her up.

“I don’t think that I ever really saw myself as being fed up but what I realized is there were these common recurring problems that I never seemed to have a resolution to, no matter what I did. It kept me very frustrated.” She and da Ponte both felt like they just needed to move past their internal hardwiring that kept them from emotional wellbeing and accomplishing their life’s goals. The line of questions they came up with led to a kind of self-realization, allowing them to make effective changes in their lives and find happiness.

They say that they have even tried the method out on others with the same results. One woman who complained about not being able to manage her finances was asked to talk about the rest of her life too. She learned that she needed to feel guilty and that it overpowered her other abilities to be productive and take charge of her life. Once they saw that this feeling was at the root of her problems, she was able to step back and re-evaluate her behaviours.

“Everything we want comes down to a feeling. It’s not about the ‘stuff’ or the situation,” Schafers said, reiterating how so much of what is important to a person can be well hidden in the psyche. “What you think you want isn’t really what you want.”

The Adigi team is looking for people who have major issues and who are willing to take part in an open and free private session in order to continue their research. If you are interested please call 780-237-0770 or visit www.adigibooks.com for more information.
