The first update to St. Albert's downtown area redevelopment plan (DARP) in 20 years attracted its fair share of darts Monday.
About 30 people attended the public hearing for DARP, a 25-year vision for downtown that could see the area grow by 7,000 residents with more emphasis on density (up to 25 storeys), mixed-land uses, walkability and recreation and culture.
