A little perspective makes a world of difference.
Three weeks ago council approved a terms of reference for a third-party review of city staff and council compensation. It was agreed a hired consultant would conduct the $100,000 review with input from a steering committee comprised of Mayor Nolan Crouse, Coun. Roger Lemieux and a to be determined citizen at large.
