A bystander and a pet were struck by a vehicle at Rock'n August on Thursday night in St. Albert.
RCMP responded to the incident that took place on Aug. 8 and is investigating.
"Unfortunately, there was a serious incident that occurred at our event tonight," the Rock'n August Facebook page read.
"The Rock’n August family is heartbroken and our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the family affected."
